If content is needed urgently and the job is estimated to take less than 14 hours, there is an option to request the 48 hour turnaround service by quoting 48 HOUR SERVICE in your original request email. This will guarantee the first draft back to you within 48 hours, then the final files back to you within 24 hours of your suggested edits. This service incurs an additional cost of 50% of the fee added on to your final bill.

The rates I charge are calculated depending on the extent of the work. Rates will be cheaper the larger volume of work offered. Please note these rates are a guide and may vary depending on each individual role. To get the actual quote for your job, please make sure you provide all information detailed at STAGE 1 via a submitted form on the CONTACT page.

First draft of job delivered
This is your opportunity to offer advice on any changes that need to be made before the work is completed. You will be allowed to detail up to ten brief points on any edit’s required
Feedback
I always welcome feedback from clients. Please detail your unique job code and a short paragraph of feedback. Additionally, testimonials from satisfied clients who wish to write between twenty and thirty words about my work is also very welcome (please note I will always ask before publishing your comments on this site).
Final delivery
The completed work will be sent via email or over the cloud no later than the date initially specified. Confirmation of receipt of the content will be required either via email, call, or text message.

An invoice will be submitted and the payment should take no longer than 30 days to reach the nominated bank account

This email will detail:
Unique job code
Confirmation of what needs to be achieved
How many hours/days/weeks the job will take
Fee for the job
Request for information required to produce the content (company info/images etc.)

Detail the work you would like carried out – it is important that you list the following:
Company name and brief history
The brief for the job
Where the content will be published (website, magazine etc.)
What you are looking to achieve with the content
Estimation of word count/pages required
